Brand New Minnie with Rattling A/C

We just got our 2023 Minnie 2327TB home two days ago, and powered her up last evening which was smooth sailing. This morning, powered her up again and the A/C rattled/vibrated significantly. It wasn’t constant, which left us a bit perplexed. We’ve read through forums, YouTube, and Google to troubleshoot, but as newbies to RV life, we wanted to ask here first. Curious your feedback — especially on a unit so new — if that rattling/vibrating is something that comes up after travel/movement? Tips? Of course we’ll take her back to the dealership if necessary, but if we’re missing an obvious solution, we’d sure be grateful to know first. Thanks for your support!

Silly as it may sound, check for the obvious and make sure the unit isn't loose? Provided you're comfortable with it, and/or if your roof is walkable, pop up there and give the AC unit a firm nudge with a calf/shin. It shouldn't move.

If it does move you'll want to go back inside and check that the mounting bracket is tight. (You may have to remove some cosmetic parts to get to it.) RV AC units kind of clamshell - there's a bracket on the inside with long screws that clamps the outside part between it and the roof. Not the best text description I know - do a little youtubing and you'll get the idea.

If it's not that, you may want to also pop the cover off the unit at the roof and make sure there's nothing up with the fan blades. Cracked, missing, mud dauber wasp nest, etc.

The A/C unit will still be under the factory warranty. Call your selling dealer and make an appt to get it inspected and repaired. There is a possibility you can void the warranty with DIY work.
That said; chewy's advice is benign and might reveal the cause of the noise.
The hold-down bolts should be torqued to 14 inch/pounds, no more. New gaskets have a tab on them and you stop tightening the thumb-screws when the tab indicates/ to half the thickness of an unused gasket.
