If you have an ohm meter try testing as whether you have power at the switch, then test the switch. If no power at the before the switch then it must be fuse or bad connection within the panel. Also you can try the ohm meter on the leads at the fixture if you do what Clay suggests. If you have no power at those leads then you needs to look at the switch as I suggested.

Just make sure you're measuring volts..
