My fiancée and I just bought a 2014 Winnebago ultra lite travel trailer 27rbds and there is a port underneath that slowly drips what appears to be water. I don’t know if this is normal. I can turn the nozzle but it doesn’t stop it from dripping slowly. Obviously it’s a valve of some sort but not sure what it’s for and if it’s supposed to drop. Thanks in advance.
It looks to be the low point drain to empty your fresh water tank. Some folks drain their fresh water tank after putting the RV into storage even for a short period of time. And, of course, people that live in freezing climates drain their water tank when they are winterizing their TT.
Yours probably just has a leaky valve. It looks skewed like it's hit something at some time.

Yep, it's your fresh water tank drain. Easy to replace. You are lucky it's right by the frame, rather than centered under the trailer where you have to crawl under to reach it.
