Buzzing noise under steering wheel

Hello Everyone!

I have an ‘03 Sightseer with the Workhorse chassis. Out of nowhere, there is a new buzzing noise underneath the steering wheel that is constant (no fluctuations) and will not stop.

There is no power going to the RV. The aux. switch is off so there is no power coming from the batteries. The motor is off. The sound persists.

At first I thought it was coming from the fuse box but after touching the cylinder underneath the fuse box I could feel it vibrating so I’m 75% sure this is what’s causing the constant buzzing. I attached an image of where I believe the sound is coming from. What part is this? What would cause it to buzz? What can I do to make it stop?!

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Any help is IMMENSELY appreciated.

Sounds like a solenoid.

Your Aux switch should isolate just your "house" batteries. Have you isolated your "chassis" batteries?

If you do so and the buzzing stops, you've narrowed your search.

Unless you have a seperate disconnect for the chassis battery portion,it will still be connected as this drawing shows. The disconnect only cuts off coach items.

Click this snip to get a better view.

You may want to try turning off ALL the breakers shown to isolate it more.

But to get more info, does this buzzing item have tubes, pipes, etc leading to anything that you might ID?

Also perhaps, try the other alarms and buzzers like seat belt, jacks down, park brake on, to see that it is not one of them?
I think it is not one of them but it might help cut the chase.
