Wink Bilstein vs Koni shocks on Itasca 33 Workhorse

I am trying to reduce the bounce and rough ride in my 2004 Itasca 33V on a Workhorse chassis. Any thoughts on the difference between Bilstien original shocks vs Koni replacements?

I replaced 4 dead Monroes on my '01 W22 gas coach with Konis and was satisfied for years.
Last year I bought a diesel with 8 dead Monroes and replaced with Bilstein Comfort and they are satisfactory.

I purchased a new 2009 Safari Simba 33SDD and, as I'm driving it home, I was not happy with the way it handled the freeway expansion joints. I checked the tire pressure and they were set according to the recommended payload, but it still wasn't something that I wanted to endure. After one major trip and 3 weeks of ownership, I swapped out the OEM shocks with Koni FSDs. It was a great improvement. I would highly recommend them.

Thanks for the input, I'll start with the Koni's and see how that works.

I replaced the OE shocks on our old 2005 Adventurer 33V with Koni shocks and was very happy with the results.

the after market bilstiens are a superior shock... but most people here have already put konis....

I probley one off the few that did both... I put the konis.... took them off and went with the bilstiens....

a gas charge shock is gonna be better if valved right....

First MH was a '94 Georgie Boy, Cruise Master, Workhorse Chev 454, bought in '07. Our first trips out were a mess in handling. Blown to the side when trucks passed. Air bags were shot, so I replaced, and decided to replace the four axle shocks and the steering shocks with the Bilsteins. I was able to drive with one hand instead of white knuckling the wheel.
