For Sale: 2016 Journey 38P - Very Clean & Dry!

Hi all,

We have an extremely well-maintained & ‘dry’ coach. Bought in August 2022. Transferable ext. warranty w/tire & wheel good until August, 2025. Decided full timing wasn’t for us. Also selling 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk tow vehicle equipped for flat towing. Will sell together or separately.

Freightliner chassis with a 380 HP Cummins diesel engine & 8000 watt Onan generator. 50 amp service. 3) roof airs & 2 furnaces. 85 gallon fresh water tank, adequate black & gray. All windows equipped with day & night shades. The windshield shades are electronic. There are 3 backup cameras & a Mobileye lane minder system installed. Currently, RV has 49,600 miles.

4 slides, side isle design w/U-shaped galley. Large windows for maximum light & large amount of storage inside, double wide tray in the main under bay that pulls out on either side. Dining table comes with leaf & 4 upholstered chairs. 3 burner stove top & a microwave/convection oven & large residential refrigerator powered by an inverter charged by a rooftop solar panel. U-shaped counter has double sink and counter extension. Corian counter tops throughout.

Leather couch & captain chairs. Couch retracts electronically w/built-in ottomans, turns into a queen sized bed. Beautiful porcelain tile floor throughout. Full bathroom w/huge shower & seat & porcelain toilet. Bedroom has spacious drawers, king sized retractable bed w/sleep number-style mattress with dual controls. Full size closet & stacked washer & dryer on back wall.

20’ power awning along w/power door awning. Dish satellite (not connected), hi-def digital antenna. 50” living room TV, 42” bedroom TV, plus 42” outside TV. Coach has been re-keyed with one key for all locks - a nice safety feature as no one else will share your compartment key.

Replaced windshield, headlights, all chassis & coach batteries, all tires, a new dryer, most slideout motors & blocks. Roof & 3 of 4 slides resealed in 2023. Many other replacements.

The Jeep has 48,900 miles; equipped w/new Roadmaster & Invisibrake systems for flat towing (at a cost of $5,400). Leather seating & body are in great condition & maintenance on both vehicles is up to date.

Located in Mission, TX. If you fly in, we will gladly pick you up at the airport. $160,000 OBO for the coach & $25,000 OBO for the Jeep. No liens on either. We've got video and plenty of pics upon request.
