What roof material is my trailer? Can't figure it out.

I've been scouring over the promotional material from the 2015 year Ultralites and no where can I find where is says what material the roof is made of. I've got a 2015 27RBDS and would like to figure it out.

According to this brochure https://www.winnebagoind.com/binarie...nov2015_v2.pdf
it has a rubber roof.

Yeah, but I'm trying to figure out if it's EPDM or TPO?

OK, A good way is to call Winnebago Customer Support with your TTs serial number and they can look it up and tell you.

For Towables here's the number: (574) 825-5250

Also, here's a link to a website that gives you some clues.

https://camperreport.com/does-my-cam...a-rubber-roof/

And here's a video that also answers the question - but not sure you want to do the things they ask you to do to see for sure.

On the inside of your trailer remove the trim around your exhaust fan in the ceiling. Usually you can see the roof material from there. Pry a staple out and look at both sides of the material. If it is a white or tan color on one side and black or grey on the other it is a EPDM type roof. If the material is the same color on both sides it is a TPO type rubber roof.

Either EPDM or TPO I think Aerospace 303 once per year is a good idea for the roof and fiberglass sides. I buy a gallon of 303, take a mop onto the roof (I love the walkable roof on the Winnies) wash the dirt off, then pour 303 on and spread it around with the mop, let it soak in.

Rubber, plastic, vinyl, and fiberglass love 303. After treating the roof I use the mop again with 303 in a bucket and spread it onto the fiberglass and window seals.

Roof only needs the treatment annually, fiberglass twice per year, but it's pretty easy to do with a kitchen mop and a bucket. I spray 303 onto the tires also, prevents dryrot.

No, sure didn't. Figure I'm going to have to take a vent off and look at the material under it, or call Winnebago and see if they can tell me.

More than likely TPO,
Our 2019 2108fbs has a TPO roof, same color both sides.

Maybe they pick TPO on walkable roofs as it is less slippery.
