Freezing temperatures in 2004 Ultimate Advantage 40K

I've tried to read through the comments about cold weather camping.
Is there anyone who can tell me about my specific coach?

2004 Winne Ultimate Advantage 40K.
I may be in Knoxville from October - January

How well is it protected from 20 degree temps and what areas to focus on when it gets that cold?

also, I read something (then lost it) about a fixture for the LP to hook up an outside tank like a 30 or 100gal tank?
