2013 Itasca 26 Sunstar Fresh water fill leak

I have a 2013 Itasca 26 Sunstar. When I fill the fresh water tank with city water the drain in that compartment leaks quite a bit. Opening a water faucet eliminates the leak but then the gray water tank is filling. I'm getting ready for a trip and have never had this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
