Well, I just purchased this unit with only 14K and I upgraded from a travel trailer. I drove it home from Mi. To In and was a little intimidated at first but liked it a lot better when I made it home safely. It rained steady from IN all the way home.
I bought a 2010 last year, picked it up in IL and drove it to CA. Got better every mile, people that saw it at the truck stops commented on the body style, very happy.
We’ll it’s more complicated then I thought. I’m not very mechanically inclined. With the virus we haven’t been able to go. It only has a little over 16K mikes. I haven’t had any major problems. I also have a travel trailer I’m trying to sell. I might be willing to sell it if your interested.
I'm new to the group and noticed your first post with white knuckle driving. The DW and I purchased a 2011 25Q this past December and had a similar experience in our first stormy trip from FL back to northern KY. I left an extensive post in a Winnebago suspension forum with my experience adding SUMO supports to both front and rear suspension along with a Hellwig sway bar to help eliminate truck and cross wind sway. It was a substantial improvement.
We love this rig and the fact that we now have a walk around queen bed and no longer need to climb over each other to exit a corner bed that was standard with our older Four Winds class C rig.
