Dash warning lights not working 2005 Journey 36G

I have a WKP36G 2005 Journey Class A diesel.

The last time I ran it was September of this year and the dash warning lights were working. I just had a new radiator replaced and drove it home after a test drive.

Today started it as we are planning on leaving on a trip on January 6. No lights came on - that strip across the top area over the speedometer that shows warnings, etc. I checked all the fuses and none were pushed out. The rest of the dash lights work, just not the communication panel.

I could not find anything on You Tube regarding this.

Any suggestions/help?

My guess would be that a connector got bumped or disconnected while doing the radiator. Or possibly a ground wire is loose/disconnected.
