2004 Ford E450 Wiring Diagram

Looking for the wiring diagram for the Ford E450 chassis on my Winnebago Minnie 29B.
I have the Winnebago wiring diagram, but need the Ford chassis diagram to solve some brake light wiring issues and finding the trailer charging wire circuit.

Thanks for any help!

keithd311-

Your coach could be built on a 2003 or a 2004 E-450 chassis.

[Broken Links Removed]

I could get neither of these links to open, but maybe you can.

There will be a section in each for E-series trailer tow wiring.

Note that Ford made some changes in the E-series trailer tow wiring between 2003 and 2004 model years.

Here is an extract from the 2003 Ford Body Builder Layout Book (BBLB), which is what the first link above is supposed to open from you. I'll keep trying to get an extract from the 2004 BBLB.

Thank you for this information - Very useful! I think mine was built on a 2004 chassis. I see a relay in the engine compartment fuse box for trailer battery feed, so I think the electronics are there. Mine came with a 6 way trailer connector which I have changed to a 7 pin connector. I ran a battery feed wire from the chassis battery to the trailer connector as a solution for now, but would rather use the built in circuit if I can find it! We flat tow our Jeep Wrangler and would like to provide battery voltage to support the braking system installed in the Jeep during trips, which my temporary line does support. Just like the idea of using a factory relay based feed rather than a line from the battery, even though it is fused! Thanks for the help!

Also, I am troubleshooting the center brake light which is not working. Found the connector that feeds the rear tail lights and center brake like on the RV. Have good voltage for the lh/rh brake lights, but the feed for the center brake light is dead (pin B on this connector) so hoping to trace this wire through the chassis to find out where the source voltage is active. Checked the fuse on the under dash fuse panel and that is live. Suspect a broken wire of corroded connection some where.
