Hi Pete & Patty,
Tom has it right. Itís should be connected to the breaker on the bottom row, 4th from the left. If itís not the breaker, then check for bad connector pins in one of the 6 pin connectors under the fridge. The only way I know to identify the right one is if the wires have labels on them in small print, look for two wires labeled JF (yellow) and NF (white) in the connector. If either pin is burned it will need replacement.
Is your clock also not working? If not, then the breaker and wiring are probably okay and the problem is the outlet itself. They are feed from the same wires. If you have no clock, there will be a 2 pin connector in the wall that will have 12 Volts on it. See if you can read 12 Volts there with a meter.
Keep us posted.
