Replace Alpine GPS

I bought a used 2006 Adventurer 38J and hate the Aline GPS and want to disconnect it. Will I be doing any harm to the RV by doing so?

I already bought a Garmin 770 RV GPS and want to mount it where the Alpine unit is now.

Welcome! Not in my opinion for a rig of that age.
