I just traded my Suncruiser for a Meridian, which has air bag suspension. I'm sure the answer is somewhere in the 20 lbs. of manuals I got with the unit, but I didn't find it: Do I dump the air out of the bags when I store the unit for a few days?

Rich I always do. Whether its absolutely necessary I don't know but it makes it easier getting in and out of the coach. Do a search there is a lot of opinions and threads out there.
On my coach if I extend the leveling jacks it dumps the air anyway. My drive way is level so I don't use the jacks at home so I manually dump the air..
Good Miles

For a few days it doesn't matter much what you do. However, like Jim said, it is easier to access the coach and there is less rocking when you move around in it.
For longer term I would dump the bags and lower the jacks. This takes the stress off the bags and also reduces the load on the tires. The HWH jacks have no problem being extended or long intervals. I generally hit the auto-level button every time I park it in the driveway.

I asked freightliner and got this answer for my '08 Latitude:
" You have no air dump switch, but your suspension
has an auto dump that works in conjunction with your
jack system. It is not imperative to dump the air bags
for storage or parking because the coach will settle
on its own. On the other hand, If you feel that you
want to dump it you can always manually lower the
jacks “just enough” to activate the bags to dump. "

There are bumper stops inside the air bags to protect thm when they are deflated. If you manually dump for parking or just let the pressure bleed off over time (no jacks or other support), you should not be overly concerned.
