Question BlueOx SwayPro Torque Settings

Anyone else having trouble torquing the bolts to 250ft/lbs? I have a torque wrench that goes that high, but I can't get past 160ft/lbs. Maybe I need an extension on the handle to get more leverage.

Watching the BlueOx installation video on youtube, the guy is torquing to 250ft/lbs one-handed!
