I Have tried multiple times, it is 70 now and I still cant get it to run. I have tried 1 -2 and 3 degrees over room temp. It just won't start.

Basement heat pump - no heat/blower

2004 Suncruiser with basement heat pump.

Electric heat was working this morning, it went off and gas furnace started soon thereafter. Outside temp was low 40's.

Can not get the electric heater...
