Hmmm. Mine has both the Weather Pro controller, and the "wall wart" (power supply) for the radios. (Plugged into said 110v outlet.)

Alternatively, you can ulnpug its power supply. On my Vectra, it's in the bay in front of the right rear wheel - up high.
