I just got mine back after the 5th time it has been in for repair. Evidently when they replaced the boot the last time it was not installed properly and the main seal of the slide was never sealed...

Yes it can be a kinked hose, but in most cases when their is major leaking as in mine, their is no way that hose, not kinked or dirty can carry the water out of that area fast enough. I helped...
