Replacing the 2 40A fuses fixed the charging problem. I'm sure they were blown due to operator error. Thanks for all the help. I will start a new thread for the other electrical problem.

We have a 2015 Minnie Winnie 2101FSB. The battery is not charging with external 30Amp connected. Where is the power converter located on this model?
