Yes Ive noticed the end caps need attention as well as the frame around the storage doors.

Same problem on a 2013 Vista 26HE. Seal on the caps is still good but the roof to gutter seal separated almost the full length of the roof line. Ended up using a razor blade to clean up the caulk...
