Also on older ones like mine check the gutters if you have a hard roof mine needed reselling. But the main part of the leak is the cap sides.

I just fixed mine this past summer and the seal just pulls off.On mine there was a couple of screws on the end but no big deal to remove.The main place I found were the water comes in is on the front...
