Mount point for bedroom TV?

Our 2016 Itasca Sunstar 31KE has a 12V outlet, 110v outlet, and antenna connection on the wall in the bedroom. There are no holes in the wall panel.

We want to mount a small, 24" TV. I'm concerned the weight of the mount & TV will distort the (what I assume to be) thin woodgrain panel. Are there "studs" in that wall, or is the wall thick enough to handle some type of drywall fastener?

For you non-Sunstar owners, the wall I'm talking about is a wall set on a 45 deg angle that bridges the bathroom wall and the closet wall. I assume it's just dead space in there; perhaps the vent stack for the toilet but otherwise empty (?).

thanks for any suggestions...
