Flooring tile

I have a 2003 Itasca Sunflyer whose flooring tiles around the entertainment center have shifted and popped up. Is that an indication that my slide has to be readjusted?

Don't know about slide but on my 05 meridian the vynal tiles had shifted, i took a hest gun warmed them up and re adjusted them the heat will re activate the glue
