Ok, I never thought about replacing the whole...

Ok, I never thought about replacing the whole thing nor taking it to
an RV dealer. Both are good ideas and I will know more this weekend
when I attempt to replace the seals.

Over the weekend I noticed water leaking under the RV. After investigation
