Thanks Tom, Your words of wisdom clenches the decision to go to Michelin first before I just run out and buy new tires. Were all your tires cracking or just some of them?

Also a good idea okgc. I'm just concerned that the tires are so close to the 5 year date that the prorate would be next to nothing. Still a good idea and worth a visit to the Michelin dealer.
