The map lights work, but the dimmer switch does nothing. Or.... Nothing that I can find. Could there be a light under the dash?

What bulb would that be? Both the map lights light with the switches on and the twin lights overhead light with the built in switch. Is there another light I'm overlooking?

Never thought about what my National Sea Breeze does when I rotate the dimmer wheel to the detent. If it wasn't 1:35 AM, I'd go check. Added to my to-do list. I do have the map lites with a switch...
