Ok, well you only have 1 furnace so that is on 1 zone by itself, for the entire coach. If Zone 1 is not giving you an option of electric heat then we can assume they have Zone 2 setup to use both...

In either case, make sure that the FAN settings for either zone are set to AUTO.
