I'm surprised a 2014 model doesn't have a BOMB (Box of many buttons) that supports HDMI.

There is another option, I don't know if any are any better than the wireless HDMI.

First, WBGO should never have told you that there was HDMI on the roof. That's nuts. Coaxial cable is what SAT dishes use to communicate to a SAT Receiver.
