Finnally solved my problem. The galley florescent was keeping the fan running. Turn the light off the fan stopped. Swapped it with the front lounge lite and solved problem. Found out from Winnebago...

Removed the cover over the circut board for the unit and found two relays related to the inside fan,low speed and high speed. I could not tell if they are removeable or are soldered to the circut...
