Very easy to do yourself. It is so trivial, I can't imagine the dealer would charge. Doing it yourself you would have the converter it came with to deal with. You could buy the new converter on line...

I think it might be difficult to have Winnebago change out the converter during the build. It would be easier to have the dealer swap it out.

The View doesn't have a three stage converter. It is something you could have the dealer replace with a Progressive Dynamics 45 amp converter...
