It is not just a cover, it is the whole LED light assembly. You could wet sand it, then buff it, then spray it with automotive clear coat...

Gary CA, sorry, UV clear coat cannot be applied by you...

Mine faded too and I ordered a replacement from Lichtsinn...It is not the material that is causing the fading, as ALL unprotected plastic will fade or deteriorate from UV exposure. The taillights...
