As a quick reply to this - I found that none of the lugs could be removed and were all decoration. I used a nail bar to gently remove the wheel cover and used a rubber hammer to replace.

Hello! Me and my family just purchased a used 2018 Minnie Winnie 22m. I am struggling with taking off the wheel covers. I found that the previous owner did not leave me any tool to remove the lugs...
