You’re right, it’s a third brake light. Now, just have to find a replacement. Just don’t understand why someone would put a clear lens on it. Thanks for your help.

Mystery light switch

Does anyone know where the light switch is located for the rear light above the engine compartment door on a ‘02 Horizon? The lens is broken, but not sure if the light works. The part number is ITC...
