Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. I have applied all of the fixes that you guys suggested. No leaks with the hose. Now I need to wait for the monsoon rains to come back for the true test.

I am going to take the clearance lights off today and re-caulk...

Well the day has arrived....

The water is actually visable running from the electrical outlet assembly...
