The mentioned kit from Norcold has a left and a right hinge in it. If you’ve not had a problem yet, I’d still spend the $25 to get the kit and install it before find out you have a problem.

You may be able to repair it but the chance of that is 50/50. There is a metal bracket that you can buy that will reinforce the hinge. When ours broke I had to buy a new door and did install the...
