It took me two years to get my "new coach bugs" taken care of. I feel your pain...experiences like yours and mine are why I will not consider a new coach any time soon. I continue to ask folks I meet...

On my 10 tour the reason for the gouges in the tile....I was told, was due to the plywood floor not being secured to the frame and pushed tile up..tiles removed, wood sanded and additional fasteners...
