It's the big fiberglass piece that surrounds the rear tires. My cargo doors are hinged on the side. This piece has hinges on the top.

I see that the rear tire/wheel fiberglass surround is hinged at the top I assume for servicing or replacing the tires or other. How do you get these up..can't find a release ??
