Think you board is bad, see the thread to check the board. The air issue is most likely a blown capacitor, take a quick look, pull the cover, then the cover and give them a peak. Look for melted top....

Wow, ditto, but my front AC breaker!

Had same issue "stuck" on 30 amp, knew had 50 Amp... reading the thread. I had shut down the front AC breaker, since need to replace the dual start/fun cap..that died. So turned the breaker back on,...
