I definitely agree! I feel like the main thing is if you lose your towed the break away switch puts the brakes on the towed to stop it and keep it from killing innocent people.

My son in law has new a new ford truck with 12,000 miles on it and he pulls a 26' camper and also a trailer with a tractor on it. I looked at his disc from a distance and noticed it is so scarred up...
