I Believe you have to mirror the outside TV off one of the inside TV,s . To my knowledge most dishes have a duel LnB and can only support two satellite receivers. There are some newer ones...

Tazz6. I had the same problem. Turns out the HDMI/composite cable was not hooked up to the back of the AV selector. It was hooked to the TV outside and ran into the cargo bay where I could not see...
