Very sorry for your experience with your 30j. Yes, we did buy the extended warranty. We've previously had an Aspect (same layout) and ended up taking it to Winnebago to have some problems...

Found the light switch...not on the wall, but on each light itself....which is nice so you don't have to have all the lights on at once. Head bump moment!

Picked up our new 2018 Cambria 30j yesterday. We're like kids in a candy store! This is our 4th RV, our second Winnebago...last one was an Aspect.
