How long can I watch a DVD on battery power?

We have a 2011 View 24K and whenever we try to watch a short DVD on the battery power from the inverter we end up using all our juice in minutes.
Does that TV / DVD player use that much power or is...

Thanks for the pictures! Did you get your own PVC pipe and ends or is that a commercially available set up? Looks pretty simple. I think I'll give it a try!

We LOVE our View but...There is no storage on this thing!

Any ideas as to how to store the sewer hose? There is no back bumper to attach one of those pvc storage tubes and I don't want to use...
