Thanks Chris. That's exactly what I had traced as well. Somehow, I completely overlooked the panel drawing! However, now with further testing, I'm only getting 1.6v across the LED. SOUT to ground...

I did manage to figure out what's going on. Supply and return were mixed up. I was chasing my tail. There IS a blockage...

Heater core return hose location?

2001 Journey 36L. Anyone know where the heater core return hose line connects to on the other end? I *thought* it was to the top of the engine on the transmission side just under the bed....
