There must have been a flange type fitting that went from the (Threaded) flex hose to the glued Tee? Any Ideas?

Looked at the diagrams.. Thanks... I figure it must be a broken flex hose or a related fitting...water pours out (outside in the sewer valve / shower area) when my wife empties the sink.. No leaks...
