I think you are talking about the motor-aid heater, not the one under the dash. I didn't think mine was working either but didn't understand it. Can you hear the damper close in the floor...

Yes, I get heat when the furnace is turned on but when I'm only using the motoraid by turning the rocker switch on the dash to hi or low, I do not get any heat out of the front regester....

Thanks everyone for your input. I am getting hot air from the dash heater and the water gets hot at the faucets. I only get cold air from the floor vents when I throw the rocker switch on the dash....

On my 2005 35U Adventurer, it is under the drivers side inside the rail. I have to extend my front slide, & it is just inside to the left. You should have a hwh booklet.
