Ended up getting an appointment at Coach Glass...

Ended up getting an appointment at Coach Glass for next month. They are great to deal with over the phone and by email and seem to know what they are doing.

I have a 2003 Itasca Horizon with a CAT 3126 and 1 fuel filter/water separator. When I had service at the factory in Gaffney last year they installed a CAT filter, part#198-6378.
