im still no further along with the guage issue. Tried following wires but they quickly go into the abyss. If anyone knows anything about this 1999 UF 400jd instrument issue please reply. Im lost.

Did you get the problem fixed? I have a 1999 Ultimate Freedom with the EXACT symptoms. Tach, speedo, air pressure and fuel guage blow 1/2 tank. if you have anything that could help me fix this.
