Converter Problem Solved

Problem solved returned Power Max and purchased 1 55-4702 *POWER CENTER, 55A Thanks to all those who helped me.

If you look closely at the old converter there...

If you look closely at the old converter there are two wires going up to the fuse panel red is hooked to pos battery terminal the blue is hooked to the fuse panel green is neg to the battery.

Converter on 1986 Class C

I have purchased a 1986 Winnebago Class 21'. My question is it came with two 12 volt batteries hooked in parallel I think this arrangement might have cooked the converter it is only producing 10.5...
