You may be able to use washers on both the floor to base and base to seat. Might get you enough clearance.

2016 e450. Installed swivel bases on both. Added a couple of washers to front two bolts...

I use separate lion cpap batt. No worries about...

I use separate lion cpap batt. No worries about coach batts. My cpap is about 3ah, so it adds up if a cold night needing heater.
